As the name suggests, Collier by Design allows you to tailor any of the homes from our range to suit your individual needs. You can work from your own plans or create something totally individual with our 'Collier by Design' service.

Each of our Home Building Consultants are trained and proficient in designing and costing homes, so you can stay involved in the design process every step of the way. And as the computer generated drawings of your dream home take shape, our Home Building Consultants will also provide full costings, making sure you are always in control of your budget.
